As we shared upon first meeting you we have had such bad luck in hiring good contractors. Like many people I guess we have come to conclude that there are few good people out there who on their own merits ensure they do a great job. It is nerve racking hiring people today as in our experience there is a loss of what you hope for - which I believe is more than reasonable i.e. someone who listens, gives suggestions, is respectful, doesn't push and then ensures they do a great job!!!!
